- - Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction.
- Complete joining documentation, employee records and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, Payroll and hiring teams for smooth Day-1 readiness.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, transfers, confirmations and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in Keka/HRMS.
- Respond to employee HR queries and provide timely support.
- Support HR policies, compliance activities, audits and HR reports.
- Coordinate onboarding surveys and track employee experience.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement/automation initiatives.
- Work closely with HRBPs, managers and cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile
- - 1+ year of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with employees and managers.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Keka is preferred.
- Positive, proactive and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR team.
