Job Description

We are looking for an English-speaking Business Development Telecaller to generate leads, connect with potential clients, explain our services, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to move leads through the sales process.
- Explain services clearly and handle basic client queries.
- Maintain and update lead details, call records, and follow-up status.
- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Achieve daily calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional personality.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
