Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to strengthen its Internal Audit & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal, inventory, and concurrent audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, identifying process gaps, and supporting risk management initiatives across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits across various departments and business functions.
- Perform inventory audits, stock verification, and reconciliation activities.
- Execute concurrent audits to ensure compliance with established processes and controls.
- Review financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.
- Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies,
and control weaknesses.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve business processes.
- Prepare audit reports with observations, findings, and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit observations and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads for audit planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal controls.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Inventory Audit, or Concurrent Audit.
- Experience in a Company Audit Wing or CA/CMA/CS firm preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
