Job Summary

Satkar Toyota is looking for an experienced Senior Automobile Technician with at least 3 years of car/automobile experience. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and experience in training and guiding junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain passenger vehicles.
- Handle technical issues and ensure quality repairs.
- Guide and train junior technicians on repair and service procedures.
- Allocate and monitor technical work within the team.
- Follow Toyota standards, safety procedures, and workshop processes.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of assigned jobs.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in car/automobile service or repair.
- An ITI/diploma in the automobile or mechanical field is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Experience in team handling, training, and guiding technicians.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workshop environment.
