Network Support Engineer – L1
Location: Pune
Experience: 1.5+ Years
Education: Diploma / Graduate / B.Sc.
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Certification: CCNA Certified preferred
Job Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve network-related calls and incidents assigned through the service desk.
* Monitor and manage link termination devices and coordinate with ISP/Telcos for bandwidth and link-related issues.
* Remotely manage endpoint devices and troubleshoot connectivity-related problems.
* Monitor alerts and identify issues using NMS/Network Management tools.
* Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for spare parts, warranty support, and technical resolution.
* Work closely with the Network Services Team for incident resolution and escalation.
* Monitor network links, isolate problems, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
