About the Role

Elixir Communities Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to support the planning, design, development, and execution of our Senior Living and Care Home projects.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural planning, working drawings, space planning, construction detailing, and site coordination. Experience in residential, healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or institutional projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Assist in planning and designing Senior Living communities, care homes, residential spaces, and common areas.
- Prepare layouts keeping in mind the specific needs of senior citizens, including accessibility, safety, comfort, and ease of movement.
- Develop barrier-free and elderly-friendly spaces, including ramps, handrails, accessible washrooms, corridors, bedrooms, dining areas, activity areas, and common spaces.
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings for project execution.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior, landscape, and other consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure execution is as per approved designs and specifications.
- Identify design or site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Assist in preparation and review of BOQs, material specifications, and quantity requirements wherever required.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and project records.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture layouts, and interior design coordination.




- Support project execution from design development through completion.
- Ensure that designs comply with applicable building regulations, safety requirements, accessibility standards, and project specifications.
- Participate in client/stakeholder discussions and incorporate feedback into design development.

Required Qualifications

- B.Arch. / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant skilled experience in architecture, residential, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and construction detailing.
- Good understanding of working drawings and site execution.
