Job Profile : Sales Executive (Derma PCD Division)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities for the Derma PCD Division.
- Identify and connect with new PCD Pharma distributors, franchise partners, and potential clients.
- Promote the company’s derma product portfolio and explain product benefits, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Handle incoming enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Dispatch, Accounts, and Marketing teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and client interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm/D.Pharm/MBA (Marketing) will be an advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in Pharma PCD Sales, preferably in the Derma Division.
- Strong knowledge of PCD Pharma business and distributor/franchise network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of converting leads into business.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and basic computer applications.
- Candidates with an existing PCD client/distributor network will be preferred.
