Dreams Land Realty, a growing real estate brokerage firm operating across Kerala and Dubai, is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our Angamaly Branch.

Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Angamaly, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Angamaly sales team
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop property consultants
- Manage and convert leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, property shows, referrals, and other channels
- Monitor the complete sales pipeline from enquiry to booking
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
- Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations
- Build strong relationships with customers, developers, investors, and channel partners
- Track sales KPIs, conversion rates, follow-ups, and team performance
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence in the Angamaly region
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Support Kerala and Dubai property sales,
including leads generated through Dubai property exhibitions and events in India
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial/team-lead role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong understanding of the Kerala real estate market
- Experience handling digital leads and CRM systems
- Ability to motivate a sales team and drive performance
- A result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in Dubai property sales / NRI investment sales will be an added advantage.
