Position: Business Executive – Plant Waste Management
Department: Business Development / Operations
Location: Plant / Field Based
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing plants, industries, factories, warehouses and commercial establishments.
- Generate leads and establish relationships with plant heads, EHS teams, Purchase, Administration and other key decision-makers.
- Visit industrial plants and understand their waste generation, segregation, storage and disposal requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management abilities.




- Knowledge of industrial/plant waste management and recycling will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle client visits and field activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and preparation of MIS reports.

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in waste management, recycling, EPR, industrial waste, scrap management, environmental services or B2B sales/business development will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
