Job Description:

We are looking for a *smart, well-spoken and presentable Telecaller cum Receptionist* to support our Sales Team at a reputed Real Estate Company

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries

* Attend to visitors and prospective clients professionally

* Make follow-up calls to leads and prospective customers

* Support the Sales Team with lead coordination and follow-ups

* Maintain lead records and update customer information

* Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments

* Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales support activities

Requirements

* 2–3 years of Real Estate experience is mandatory*

* Excellent communication skills in *English, Bengali & Hindi*

* Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills

* Basic computer proficiency

* Smart, presentable and confident personality

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
