Role Overview- Motion Graphics Executive ( NOTE: first year contractual; will get permanent if you perform better after first year)

We are seeking a talented Motion Design professional who can create engaging visual content across digital channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, video editing expertise, storytelling abilities, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual assets that support marketing, branding, and lead-generation initiatives. The role requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics & Video Production

- Recommend innovative approaches to improve creative output, productivity, and campaign performance.
- Develop and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertising campaigns, tutorials, product demonstrations, events, webinars, and corporate communications.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement.
- Produce reels, promotional videos, explainers, testimonials, and brand storytelling content. Optimize video content for different platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and websites.
- Ensure proper formatting, dimensions, compression, and platform-specific specifications.
- Asset & Content Management
- Maintain and organize a centralized repository of design assets, templates, raw files, videos, and final outputs.
- Ensure version control and proper documentation of creative assets.
- Manage project files efficiently for easy accessibility and future use.
- Deliver all creative assets within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.

AI-Enabled Design & Innovation

- Leverage AI-powered tools for design, image generation, video editing,



content enhancement, and workflow optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging creative technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production, preferably within a marketing, creative agency, media, education, or technology environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and video editing capabilities.

Technical Skills Proficiency in:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Express
- AI-powered creative tools for design and video production

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to design and format marketing mailers within Microsoft Outlook and email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of social media creative requirements and best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
