Job Title: Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer

Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (USA Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in supporting Windows, iOS, and Linux environments, along with networking and VPN troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support across Windows, iOS, and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, and connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
- Handle end-user support, incidents, and technical escalations.
- Troubleshoot system and infrastructure-related issues independently.
- Track and resolve issues using IT support/ticketing tools.




- Ensure timely incident resolution and clear communication with users and stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of relevant IT Support / Infrastructure experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows, iOS, and Linux support.
- Good understanding of Networking, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
- Exposure to IT support/ticketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently during the USA shift: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST.
