The candidate will be responsible for overall construction and development of Indian Oil retail outlets from scratch to handover, including conducting initial site visits for measurement and layout marking as per IOCL approved drawings, complete supervision of all civil works such as sales building, driveway, paver yard, tank pit excavation, boundary wall and drainage, as well as monitoring mechanical works including underground tank installation, pipeline laying and pressure testing, canopy and dispensing unit erection, ensuring quality, safety and adherence to IOCL standards, managing labour, materials and daily progress reporting with photos/videos, coordinating with IOCL engineers and dealers, and ensuring timely completion of the project within the given timeline.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
