Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks.

Deep expertise in Python-based backend development, LLM orchestration, agent workflow design, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Proven ability to develop autonomous agent systems with tool integration, memory management, and safe execution controls.

Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and observability practices.

Practical experience working with vector databases, cloud platforms, containerized deployments, and scalable AI infrastructure with focus on reliability, performance,



and cost optimization in production environments.

Good-to-Have Skills
