- Conduct eye testing, eye examination and objective/subjective refraction.
- Assist customers with suitable lenses and frames.
- Explain lens options and provide basic eyewear guidance.
- Handle customer queries and maintain prescription/customer records.
- Support the store team with overall customer service and sales.
Requirements:
- B.Optom / Bachelor of Optometry preferred.
- Diploma in Optometry / Opticianry candidates can also be considered.
- Candidates with experience in optical stores, eyewear retail, eye-care centres like Titan and Lenskart, refraction or vision testing will be preferred.
- Freshers with the relevant qualification may also be considered.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
