Job Summary

Own end-to-end offshore delivery across SAP and digital workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality outcomes against contractual SLAs/KPIs

Drive integrated program planning, release management, and cross-workstream dependencies between SAP core and modern-stack tracks

Establish and run delivery governance: steering committees, risk/issue management, escalation handling, and executive status reporting

Manage scope, change control, and commercial levers (T&M;, fixed price, outcome-based constructs) across the program

Financial & Commercial Management

Own offshore P&L; for the £25M program: revenue forecasting, margin management, invoicing accuracy, and cost optimization

Identify and drive account growth opportunities; support solutioning and proposals for extensions and new scope

Manage subcontractor/partner commercials where applicable

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as primary offshore counterpart to client program leadership and HCLTech onshore engagement teams (UK time-zone overlap expected)

Build C-level and program-level relationships; own CSAT and act on feedback

Navigate multi-vendor environments and third-party dependencies

Technology Leadership

Provide delivery oversight across: SAP S/4HANA (functional and technical), SAP BTP, integration (CPI/APIs/middleware); cloud platforms (Azure/GCP); data engineering, analytics and GenAI/ML initiatives; digital applications (microservices, web/mobile); DevOps, automation, and quality engineering

Champion AI-led delivery productivity (GenAI tooling, automation-first delivery) in line with HCLTech's AI Force approach

Ensure architecture,



security, and compliance standards (GDPR, client regulatory requirements) are upheld

People Leadership

Build, scale, and retain a 300+ FTE offshore team across competencies; own hiring, ramp plans, and pyramid optimization

Develop leadership bench; drive engagement, attrition management, and capability building (SAP + modern stack cross-skilling)

Key Responsibilities

20+ years in IT services, with 8+ years managing large offshore/global delivery programs (£15M+ / $20M+ annual value)

Proven delivery of large SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA implementations or migrations) alongside digital/cloud workstreams

Strong P&L; and commercial management experience across fixed-price and outcome-based engagements

Experience with UK/European clients; strong understanding of onshore-offshore delivery models

Hands-on governance experience with hybrid delivery methods (Agile, Secure, hybrid waterfall for SAP releases)

Demonstrated leadership of 150+ FTE distributed teams

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent; MBA preferred

Skill Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Activate, PMP, SAFe, or ITIL certifications

Exposure to GenAI-enabled delivery, AIOps, and automation frameworks

Experience in the logistics would be a great addition.

Prior experience in large-deal transitions and steady-state transformation
