Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter cum Admin & CRM Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR and administrative activities, while also supporting the company's CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & HR

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, telecalling, marketing, back-office, and other real estate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, documentation, and joining formalities.

CRM Management

- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system and ensure accurate and updated customer/lead information.
- Enter, update, categorize, and track leads received from various sources.
- Assign leads to sales executives and monitor lead allocation.




- Track lead follow-ups, site visits, calls, meetings, and booking status.
- Ensure sales team members regularly update CRM activities and lead status.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports for management.
- Monitor pending follow-ups and coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely action.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation related to customers, bookings, and sales activities.
