Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
- Maintain colour dosing / masterbatch dosing systems, feeders and related equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot gravimetric/volumetric dosing systems.
- Handle maintenance of hopper dryers, material loaders, chillers, cooling towers and temperature controllers.
- Maintain injection moulding machine electrical panels, PLC, HMI, sensors, heaters, thermocouples, motors, pumps and valves.
- Troubleshoot servo motors, VFDs, controllers and electrical circuits.
- Maintain mould-related systems including hot runner, heaters, thermocouples and cooling circuits.
- Monitor machine performance and identify recurring breakdowns.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Maintain daily breakdown reports, PM records and maintenance history.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain critical spare-parts inventory and coordinate with stores/purchase.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to minimize machine downtime.
- Support installation,



commissioning and modification of new machines and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures during electrical, mechanical and machine maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines and colour/masterbatch dosing systems.
- Robust troubleshooting knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD and servo systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.
- Knowledge of moulding auxiliaries and plant utilities.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
