We are looking for Site Engineers to manage and monitor interior project execution at site level. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of site work, measurements, material coordination, labour handling, and quality checks.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other teams
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution
- Monitor quality of work and ensure work is completed as per approved designs
- Track site progress and share regular updates with the management team
- Ensure timely completion of work without delays
- Coordinate material requirements with the purchase team
- Conduct site inspections and maintain site reports
- Handle client coordination during execution stage when required
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at the site
*Requirements:*
- 0 – 2 years experience in interior site execution or construction projects
- Basic knowledge of interior drawings, measurements, false ceiling, modular work, electrical, plumbing, and painting works
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage labour teams and multiple site activities
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Candidate must have a bike and valid driving licence
