Job Description

Voyage Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Revenue Manager to maximize room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective revenue and pricing strategies to maximize hotel profitability.
- Monitor Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, pickup, booking pace, and cancellations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
- Conduct regular competitor rate and market analysis.
- Manage room rates, availability, restrictions, promotions, and inventory across OTAs and other distribution channels.
- Ensure rate parity and accurate inventory across all online channels.
- Optimize revenue through dynamic pricing based on demand, seasonality, events, and market trends.
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Analyze booking trends, market demand, and business mix to identify revenue opportunities.
- Monitor OTA performance, commissions, promotions, and channel profitability.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.




- Prepare and present revenue reports and actionable recommendations to management.
- Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings, upselling, and overall hotel revenue.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, E-commerce, or a similar hotel role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management and yield management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience with PMS, RMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
