Job Description

We need a friendly and customer-focused CRM Executive for maintaining customer relations and providing good customer services.

Job Responsibilities

* Customer inquiries, feedbacks, complaints and follow-ups.

* Maintaining customer relationships and encouraging repeat visits.

* Handling tricky situations in a professional manner.

* Making follow-ups and taking feedback from the customers.

* Maintaining customer database and updating the CRM/Database.

* Working with sales team in solving customer issues.

Job Requirements

* Friendly and pleasant nature with a smiling face and positive attitude.

* Good customer handling and communication skills.





* Tamil - Mandatory; English & Malayalam - Preferred.

* Basic computer and MS Excel skills.

* Positive listening and problem-solving skills.

* Freshers are welcomed; experience preferred.

* Experience in CRM in malls, jewellery showrooms, retail showrooms, etc.

* Preferably living within 5-10 km radius of the showroom.

* Resume and recent passport size photo compulsory.

Salary varies based on experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
