Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in Mivan construction to supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities related to Mivan formwork and RCC works.
- Monitor Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, concrete pouring, de-shuttering, and related activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship during execution.
- Identify and report site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, and discipline.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site records.




- Coordinate with other teams for smooth and timely execution of activities.
- Ensure project work is completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Hands-on Mivan construction experience is mandatory.
- Experience in residential/high-rise real estate projects will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork and RCC construction.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good labour and contractor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
