Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Handle CNC & VMC machines and coordinate production operations.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Ensure quality standards and minimize rejection/rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC & Stores departments.
- Troubleshoot production-related issues and improve processes.
- Maintain production reports and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety and 5S practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry.
- Robust knowledge of CNC & VMC machines.
- Good understanding of production planning and shop-floor management.
- Experience in handling production team and manpower.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience: 5+ years preferred.
