Acknowledge receipt of samples and communicate sample acceptance status to customers

Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders (PO), Test Request Forms (TRF), quotations, and payment-related documents

Coordinate with customers to obtain complete testing requirements and clarify queries.Provide regular status updates on sample progress, testing, and report issuance.

Collect customer feedback on service quality, turnaround time, and overall satisfaction.Record, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Support resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues.Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in the laboratory management system.

Coordinate with commercial, technical, and report generation teams to ensure timely delivery of services

Support customer retention initiatives and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
