Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration and visa services.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Convert leads into potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the visa counseling and sales team when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Immigration/visa industry experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are also welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
