Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Field Sales Representatives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and ensure their achievement.
- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Generate current leads through field visits, referrals, local market activities, and other sales channels.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Handle customer meetings, negotiations, and important sales closures.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and objection management.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Track sales activities, leads, conversions, and revenue through daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the technical, operations,



customer support, and other departments for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of CRM/sales records.
- Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively and escalate critical matters when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting requirements.
