We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will independently manage complex data pipelines, design interactive dashboards, and partner directly with business stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making. You will also take ownership of data quality and help guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across business units.
- Dashboard & Report Creation: Design, build, and maintain scalable, interactive executive dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Data Management & ETL: Develop, optimize, and maintain data collection procedures, queries, and automated reporting frameworks. Ensure data governance, accuracy, and high data quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business questions into technical analytical requirements and present clear findings.
- Process Optimization: Automate manual reporting tasks and improve legacy analytical workflows.




- Mentorship: Guide and support junior analysts on best practices for coding, data modeling, and storytelling with data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Stack:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, performance tuning, and database management).
- Robust command over visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, macros, complex formulas, and data modeling).
- Core Competencies:
- Strong statistical modeling and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and own end-to-end projects autonomously.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
