- Supervise and coordinate banquet service operations.
- Brief and allocate duties to banquet staff before each event.
- Ensure proper setup of banquet halls, tables, buffet counters, and service areas.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Sales, and other departments for smooth event execution.
- Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of banquet equipment and supplies.
- Train and guide banquet associates and junior team members.
- Ensure all events are conducted according to the function sheet and hotel standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Banquet Operations or Food & Beverage Service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of banquet setup and service standards.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
