Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect cum Interior Designer with 12+ years of experience, preferably in residential interior design and execution. The candidate should have strong design, technical, site execution, vendor coordination, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts based on project requirements, functionality, budget, and aesthetics.
- Prepare floor plans, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and 3D designs/renderings.
- Handle residential interior design and execution projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved designs and specifications.
- Plan and coordinate civil and interior works including:
- Flooring, tiles, granite and marble
- POP and false ceiling
- Painting and polishing
- Electrical and lighting work
- Plumbing and renovation work
- Modular kitchen and furniture installation
- Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture as per project requirements and budget.
- Prepare specifications, BOQs, estimates,



and detailed design documentation.
- Present design concepts, material selections, and proposals to management for approval.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, material requirements, and execution.
- Resolve design and site-related issues during project execution.
- Travel to project sites across India as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design from a reputed institute.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in residential projects.
- Robust knowledge of interior design, architecture, construction, and site execution.
- 3ds Max is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, civil works, furniture, lighting, and interior execution.
- Good understanding of BOQ, specifications, drawings, and project estimation.
- Strong creativity, design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Self-motivated, responsible, result-oriented, and confident.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
