Job Title: International BPO – Customer Care Executive - Voice / Chat Process

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Process: International Voice / Chat – US Process

Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Working Days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational week-offs

Job Description:

* Handle inbound/outbound calls from US customers.

* Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

* Maintain qualified communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

* Follow process guidelines, quality standards and performance targets.

* Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.

Requirements:

* Good verbal communication skills in English.

* Comfortable speaking / Chatting with US customers.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts,



including night shifts.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Candidates should be comfortable working from the Viman Nagar, Pune location.
