We are hiring Homecare Physiotherapists for patient care services at home. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, planning therapy sessions, and providing rehabilitation treatment for neuro, ortho, post-operative, and geriatric patients at patients’ residences.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient physical condition and mobility
- Plan and provide physiotherapy treatment at home
- Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery plans
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for patient care
