Position: Senior Meta Ads Expert
Experience: 1–2+ Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month (Based on skills & experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, ad copies, and creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements





- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, retargeting, and scaling.
- Experience in managing multiple client campaigns is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with performance targets and budgets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
