Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Executive to support business development, customer acquisition, sales coordination, tender management, project documentation, and customer relationship activities for our boat manufacturing and marine products/services.

The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries and digital leads into customers, coordinating with customers and Naval Architects, participating in online tenders, preparing quotations and project reports, following up on payments and statutory/classification documentation, and maintaining professional communication with customers and business partners.

Eligibility & Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering,
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, tendering,



customer coordination, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn marine/boat manufacturing terminology and technical documentation.
