About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to take full ownership of our technology platform — from architecture and development through deployment, infrastructure, security, and ongoing support. This hands-on role suits someone who can work as both a strong individual contributor and a mentor to the team, while acting as the primary point of accountability for the stability and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

- Define and evolve our technical architecture across backend, frontend, and mobile systems

- Set technical direction, coding standards, and best practices for the team

- Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend applications

- Oversee development and maintenance of mobile applications (iOS/Android)

- Design, provision, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage production deployments

- Administer databases, including performance, backups, and integrity

- Implement and maintain security best practices across the stack

- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and server administration

- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for production issues





- Provide internal IT support and act as an escalation point for client technical issues

- Contribute to technical planning and roadmaps, and mentor junior/mid-level developers

Requirements

- Proven experience in a senior technical or team lead role covering full-stack development, DevOps, and infrastructure

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (or an equivalent cloud platform)

- Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes

- Solid understanding of database administration and security engineering

- Track record of incident management and production support in a live environment

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a technical team

- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams and clients directly

Additional Information

This role requires availability beyond standard working hours for production incidents, infrastructure failures, critical deployment issues, and business-critical technical escalations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: 60,000
