Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy and vision.
- Lead the organization toward sustainable growth and profitability.
- Set business goals, KPIs, and performance targets.
- Oversee overall business operations and organizational performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor senior management and department heads.
- Monitor financial performance, revenue, and profitability.
- Make strategic decisions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.




- Ensure effective coordination across departments.
- Represent the organization in important business meetings and negotiations.
- Provide regular business updates and strategic direction to the leadership team.

Requirements

- 15+ years of proven experience in senior leadership, business management, or a related field.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Robust leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial performance.
- Result-oriented and growth-focused mindset.
- Real estate experience is not mandatory.
