Designation: Renewals RM

Office Location: Hyderabad - Prestige Hyderabad (Physical Location), Kolkata Kolkata (Physical Location)

Position description: 1. Identify opportunities for policy renewals and proactively engage clients for renewals. 2. Provide personalized support and assistance to clients throughout the renewal process. 3. Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and premium adjustments. 4. Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to address client inquiries and concerns. 5. Analyze client renewal data and prepare reports for branch management. 6. Achieve renewal targets and contribute to branch revenue goals. 7. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in client interactions. 9. Resolve client issues and escalations to maintain high client satisfaction. 10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth renewals.
