Associate, Financial Systems Program Management

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Financial Systems Program Management on the Stakeholder Governance and Program Management (SG±) team, you will be responsible for:

- Provide coordination and operational support for finance systems enhancements and changes across the portfolio
- Track team progress, maintain visibility into milestones, risks, and blockers, and prepare status updates for stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with the Finance Systems Program Management Manager to organize priorities and support execution against workstream plans
- Guide projects through governance, tracking, analysis, reporting, and documentation across the development lifecycle
- Support cross-functional coordination with finance, technology, delivery, and global stakeholders to move work from intake through planning and delivery

The team

The Stakeholder Governance and Program Management (SG±) team serves as the connective tissue across the FS team partnering with system users, business leaders, application delivery teams, ITS, and global stakeholders to move finance-led enhancements from intake through planning and delivery. The team’s responsibilities center on gathering and refining enhancement requests, translating business needs into feature sheets and requirements, maintaining a strategy-aligned roadmap across systems and process changes, coordinating cross-system planning, supporting workshops and design sessions, and driving clear communication on project status, priorities, releases, and impacts. The broader mission is to help FS operate in a more consistent, transparent,



and efficient way by improving stakeholder alignment, enabling smoother handoffs across teams, and supporting change readiness and adoption across the portfolio.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in project coordination, program management operations, business operations, technology operations, or finance support
- Experience supporting status reporting, risk tracking, issue tracking, dependency tracking, or project documentation
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including milestones, risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and status reporting
- Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot, and Teams

Preferred:

- Experience supporting enhancement intake, prioritization, or program management coordination
- Experience in finance, technology, operations, shared services, professional services, or enterprise systems environments
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise finance platforms
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum delivery approaches
- Experience using ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- CAPM, PMP, or comparable project management coursework or certification
