We are seeking a visually meticulous, conceptually driven Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer with an exceptionally solid visual sense and a deep passion for branding, digital experiences, and visual identity systems.

Role Overview

As the Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer, you will bridge the gap between tangible visual identity and intuitive digital interfaces. You will work directly on high-visibility client deliverables and internal agency assets, translating abstract strategic concepts into polished social collaterals, complete brand identity systems, interactive web/app interfaces, and motion graphics.

We are looking for an imaginative, detail-obsessed designer who combines out-of-the-box conceptual thinking with sharp technical execution and modern, AI-driven design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & Systems Design

Visual Identity Development: Conceptualize and build comprehensive brand identities, logo systems, visual languages, color palettes, and foundational brand guidelines for high-end client accounts.

Collateral & Presentation Design: Create elevated social media graphics, digital marketing assets, campaign visuals, pitch decks, and client presentations that strictly adhere to client aesthetics.

Print & Packaging Execution: Prepare technical, production-ready print files (dielines, bleeds, vector paths, and Pantone color accuracy) for marketing collateral, labels, and physical packaging.

UI/UX & Interactive Design

Digital Interface Creation: Design clean UI screens, low-to-high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows for responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma and Framer.

Design Systems & Developer Handoff: Maintain structured UI component libraries, typography hierarchies, and developer-ready handoff files to ensure seamless design-to-code execution.

3. Motion, AI Integration & Innovation

Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop dynamic motion assets, animated micro-interactions, and short-form video graphics using Adobe Animate and After Effects for social and web touchpoints.

AI-Assisted Workflows: Utilize modern AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill, ChatGPT) for rapid ideation, moodboard curation, visual research, and workflow optimization.

Requirements & Qualifications

Design & Interactive Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Animate, paired with strong expertise in Figma and Framer.

Core Design Mastery: Deep understanding of design fundamentals, architectural typography, grid systems, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Digital & UI/UX Principles: Proven grasp of responsive layout structures, user experience principles, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.

Technical & Prepress Precision: Solid understanding of print prepress processes (CMYK vs. RGB, vector precision, pantone fidelity) and packaging standards.

AI Tool Integration: Familiarity with leveraging AI-assisted tools for research, concept exploration, and design enhancement.

Mindset & Portfolio: Exceptional creative thinking, strict attention to detail, a proactive willingness to learn, and a portfolio showcasing conceptual depth and clean visual design.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
