WordPress & SEO Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a WordPress & SEO Executive who will be responsible for managing WordPress-based web activities, improving online visibility, and supporting SEO and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable independently handling day-to-day website, SEO, content, and digital marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update websites using WordPress
- Create and edit web pages, content, images, banners, and other basic website elements
- Perform On-Page SEO activities including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, image optimization, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and support the implementation of SEO strategies
- Monitor website performance and search visibility using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Identify and resolve basic SEO, website, and content-related issues
- Work on improving search rankings, organic traffic, website visibility, and online presence
- Manage and optimize website content to make it SEO-friendly
- Support digital marketing activities, including content optimization, social media support, and online campaigns
- Assist with basic Off-Page SEO, backlink building, local SEO, and competitor research
- Coordinate with content, design, and technical teams for website and digital marketing requirements
- Regularly track SEO and digital marketing performance and prepare basic reports




- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing practices

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of WordPress
- Valuable understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Knowledge of On-Page SEO and basic Technical SEO
- Basic understanding of Off-Page SEO and link-building practices
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and commonly used SEO tools
- Valuable content and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms will be an advantage
- Ability to independently manage routine website, SEO, and digital marketing activities

Experience

1 – 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of website, SEO, and digital marketing activities.

Candidates with practical experience and a proven track record will be preferred over candidates with only theoretical knowledge.

Candidates who can share examples of websites, SEO projects, content, or digital marketing campaigns they have worked on will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
