Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT and Engineering requirements.
- Primarily recruit for Engineering positions, including:
- Mechanical Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Manufacturing Engineers
- Robotics Engineers
- Controls Engineers
- Hardware Engineers
- Automotive Engineers
- Vehicle/Systems Engineers
- Test/Validation Engineers
- Safety Engineers
- Quality Engineers
- Supply Chain / Operations Engineering roles
- CAD/Design Engineering position
- Work on State Government Non-IT requirements, including positions in:
- Healthcare & Human Services
- Public Health
- Administration

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and other recruiting channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify candidates based on skills, education, experience, location and work authorization.
- Conduct initial screening,



candidate qualification and compensation discussions.
- Validate candidate availability, location, work authorization and interest before submission.
- Prepare candidates for client/prime-vendor interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand priority requirements and submission expectations.
- Ensure quality submissions rather than mass submissions.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews and placements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
