Digital Marketing Lead (Performance First)

We are a integrated omnichannel marketing agency. Twelve years old with clients across Healthcare, BFSI and FMCG.

We need someone to run our digital team. Performance marketing sits at the centre of this role. You should be comfortable inside ad accounts, and equally comfortable explaining a drop in ROAS to a client without losing the room.

The job

- Own performance across Google, Meta and whatever else the brief calls for. Build the campaigns, watch the numbers, fix what is leaking.
- Run the digital team. SEO, social and a junior strategist report into you. Set priorities, keep timelines honest, mentor them.
- Turn client objectives into a digital plan that holds up, then present it and defend it yourself.




- Read reports properly and come back with a point of view, not a summary.

You

- 4 to 7 years in digital, with real depth in performance marketing.
- Hands on with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Not just reviewing someone else's work.
- Working knowledge of SEO and social.
- Can hold a client conversation without a safety net.
- Strong with data. You look at a dashboard and know what to do next.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
