AEI India is urgent hiring for Executive Production for Manufacturing of Modular Furniture for Retail Outlet/Showroom/Kitchen/Office with minimum 4 year of experience in furniture industry.

Job description

1. Raw Material Planning and Procurement

- Plan and arrange raw materials as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor material requirements to avoid production delays.

2. Cutting File Preparation

- Prepare and manage cutting files as per approved designs and drawings.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, material specifications, and production requirements before releasing files for cutting.

3. Material Issue and Inventory Coordination

- Coordinate with the store department for the timely issue of materials as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of issued materials and minimize wastage.

4. Contractor and Production Team Coordination

- Guide and supervise contractor teams as per daily work requirements.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain coordination between different production teams.

5. Packing Team Management

- Guide and supervise the packing team to ensure proper packing standards.
- Ensure products are packed safely and according to dispatch requirements.

6. Packing and Dispatch Control

- Monitor the complete packing and dispatch process.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products.
- Verify quantities and product quality before dispatch.

Machine Operations and Production Tracking

- Track and manage the production activities of the Beam Saw, 3-Axis CNC, and CNC Router machines.
- Ensure proper machine utilization, job scheduling, and workflow.
- Coordinate with machine operators to meet production timelines.

8. Sample Development

- Manage and coordinate the development of samples as per approved designs and specifications.
- Ensure samples are prepared within the required timeline and quality standards.

9. Laser Cutting Work

- Plan and coordinate laser cutting work as per design and production requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of laser-cut components.

10. Cross-Functional Production Coordination

- Coordinate closely with the Metal, Acrylic, and Wood teams to ensure smooth production workflow.
- Resolve coordination issues between departments and ensure timely completion of projects.

11. Paint Team Handling

- Supervise and coordinate the paint team.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, finishing quality, and timely completion of painting work.

12. Quality and Production Monitoring

- Monitor the quality of work at different stages of production.
- Identify and address production issues, errors, and rework requirements.
- Focus on reducing material wastage and improving productivity.

13. Reporting to Management

- Report daily production progress, machine status, material requirements, project status, and operational issues to the Director.
- Highlight any delays, challenges, or resource requirements requiring management intervention.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
