NextGen Prints, Ranchi is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who has practical knowledge of graphic designing tools and is willing to learn and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for banners, flex, visiting cards, brochures, flyers, stickers, labels and other printing materials.
- Create social media creatives and promotional designs.
- Edit and recreate existing designs as per customer requirements.
- Prepare designs in proper print-ready format.
- Understand size, layout, resolution, CMYK and basic printing requirements.
- Complete assigned work accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements
- CorelDRAW knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is preferred.
- Illustrator/Canva knowledge will be an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of design, typography, colors and layout.
- Freshers can apply if they have practical knowledge of the required tools.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Portfolio or previous design work will be preferred.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical design test followed by an interview.
Experience is not mandatory — skills and practical ability matter more.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
