Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs across different departments based on business requirements and employee performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand training requirements and skill gaps.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for employees across departments.
- Provide practical, job-oriented training as per departmental requirements.
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for new employees whenever required.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor training effectiveness and collect feedback from employees and department heads.
- Identify areas where employees need improvement and recommend suitable training programs.
- Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and performance reports.
- Conduct refresher and follow-up training sessions wherever required.
- Support management in developing employee skills, productivity, communication, and skilled capabilities.
- Work with different teams and adapt training methods according to the audience and business requirement.

- Good command of MS Office / PowerPoint and other training tools.
- Ability to create engaging and practical training content.
- Strong coordination and relationship-building skills.

Experience & Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Experience in Training & Development, Business Development, Corporate Training, L&D;, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical training and communication skills can also be considered.
- Experience of working with multiple departments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
