About the Role

We're looking for manufacturing professionals, industrial consultants, business development professionals, technology consultants, and well-connected independent professionals who can introduce Synlumex AI Intelligence to manufacturing and industrial companies.

This is a commission-based channel partnership opportunity, not a traditional 9-to-5 sales position.

Your role is to identify suitable manufacturing businesses within your professional network, introduce Synlumex AI Intelligence to relevant decision-makers, facilitate qualified conversations, and help bring interested companies into the sales process.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for professionals who already have relationships with manufacturers, factories, industrial businesses, plant managers, operations leaders, production teams, or business owners.

Responsibilities

- Identify manufacturing and industrial companies that could benefit from Synlumex AI Intelligence.
- Introduce Synlumex AI Intelligence to relevant business decision-makers.
- Generate qualified opportunities through your existing network, LinkedIn, referrals, industry contacts, associations, and qualified networking.
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, Plant Heads, Operations Heads, Production Managers, Quality Heads, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Understand the prospect's operational challenges and identify potential use cases for Synlumex.




- Arrange introductions or product discussions with the Synlumex team.
- Maintain relationships with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with interested companies and help move qualified opportunities forward.
- Work independently and maintain a healthy pipeline of manufacturing opportunities.

- Commission is paid based on the applicable customer subscription / commercial agreement.

Commission details will be discussed during the onboarding process based on the customer plan and partnership structure.
