Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day technical activities of the Material Testing Laboratory.
- Ensure testing is conducted as per applicable IS/ASTM standards and approved test methods.
- Review and verify test results and technical reports.
- Handle NABL-related technical requirements, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain SOPs, test methods, quality records, calibration records, and other laboratory documentation.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff and ensure proper allocation of testing activities.
- Monitor laboratory equipment, calibration, maintenance, and testing procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and traceability of test results.
- Assist in NABL audits, internal audits, and external assessments.
- Identify technical issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and other departments regarding testing requirements.




- Train and guide laboratory staff on testing procedures and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in a Material Testing Laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, cement, aggregate, soil, and other construction material testing.
- Positive understanding of NABL accreditation requirements and laboratory quality systems.
- Knowledge of relevant IS/ASTM standards.
- Strong technical documentation and report-writing skills.
- Experience in handling audits, SOPs, calibration records, and laboratory quality documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹1,602,743.12 per month
