Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified First Aider with B.Sc. Nursing to provide immediate medical assistance, manage the site first-aid facility, maintain medical records, and support workplace health and safety at the construction site.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees and workers.
- Assess and respond to workplace injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies.
- Maintain and manage the site first-aid room, medicines, equipment, and emergency supplies.
- Maintain records of injuries, treatments, medical incidents, and referrals.
- Coordinate with hospitals, ambulances, and medical professionals during emergencies.
- Conduct basic health checks and support employee health awareness programs.
- Assist the HSE/Safety team in implementing site health and emergency procedures.
- Monitor first-aid kits across project locations and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support accident/incident reporting and maintain medical documentation.
- Educate workers on basic first aid, hygiene, and occupational health practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Sc. Nursing is mandatory.
- Valid nursing registration/license as applicable.




- Prior construction industry/site experience mandatory.
- Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, CPR, and basic occupational health.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a construction site workplace.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in high-rise building or infrastructure construction projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience coordinating with the HSE/Safety team and handling site medical emergencies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
