- Weekdays (Monday, Wednesday–Friday): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Yoga Trainer to conduct engaging and age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness sessions for children.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with young learners. The trainer will help children develop physical flexibility, balance, concentration, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and healthy habits through yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging yoga sessions for children aged 5–15 years.
- Teach age-appropriate yoga postures, stretching, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation.
- Use creative activities, games, storytelling, and interactive methods to make sessions enjoyable and engaging.
- Help children improve flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration, and body awareness.
- Introduce simple mindfulness and meditation practices suitable for different age groups.
- Create a safe, positive, encouraging, and supportive environment for children.
- Adapt yoga activities according to students’ age, ability, and individual needs.




- Observe students’ participation and progress and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and the academic team regarding student progress when required.
- Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness, and organization of the yoga/training space.
- Participate in wellness activities, workshops, and special events as required.

Requirements

- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Yoga Trainer, preferably with children.
- Experience working with children in the 5–15 years age group will be preferred.
- Certified Yoga Instructor certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of children's yoga, mindfulness, breathing techniques, and meditation will be an advantage.
- Energetic, patient, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to engage children and conduct fun, interactive, and disciplined sessions.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their physical and mental well-being.
- Full-time availability is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends as per the given schedule.
