Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Advisor cum Procurement Expert to support financial structuring, transaction advisory, and procurement activities for government infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on consulting experience in financial modelling, PPP advisory, and contract formulation, contributing to the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and review detailed financial models for government infrastructure projects, including revenue, cost, and risk assumptions.

● Provide end-to-end transaction advisory support for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, from structuring through financial close.

● Draft, review, and formulate contracts and concession agreements in line with project and regulatory requirements.

● Support procurement processes for infrastructure projects, including bid document preparation, evaluation criteria, and vendor/bidder assessment.

● Conduct feasibility studies and viability gap analysis for proposed infrastructure projects.

● Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

● Prepare transaction structuring reports,



presentations, and advisory notes for internal and client review.

● Ensure compliance with applicable financial, legal, and procurement guidelines in all advisory deliverables.

● Coordinate with legal, technical, and financial teams to ensure smooth execution of advisory mandates.

Requirements:

● Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation techniques.

● Sound understanding of PPP frameworks, concession agreements, and infrastructure financing structures.

● Working knowledge of procurement processes and contract formulation in the infrastructure/government sector.

● Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

● Solid communication skills to interface with government bodies, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

● High proficiency in Excel-based financial modelling; familiarity with financial advisory tools is a plus.

● Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight project timelines.
