About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is creative, organised and has a basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.

You’ll work on real client accounts across social media, content, creative design and Google Business Profile management.

This is a remote role, so we’re looking for someone who can communicate well, manage deadlines and take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

- Create social media creatives including posts, carousels, stories and promotional designs
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media
- Manage and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Assist in creating and maintaining monthly content calendars
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles and publish regular updates/posts
- Research social media trends, content ideas, hashtags and competitors
- Assist with basic Local SEO and GMB optimisation
- Write and edit social media captions and other marketing content
- Coordinate with the team to understand client requirements and implement feedback
- Manage multiple client tasks and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Work with our Telosa CX and reputation management platform

What We’re Looking For

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Good creative sense and interest in design and content creation
- Comfortable using Canva




- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Basic understanding of Google Business Profile
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Valuable attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats, trends and tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of Local SEO
- Basic copywriting and caption-writing skills
- Experience managing a social media page, college project, personal brand or client account
- Portfolio of designs, reels, social media work or college projects
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research

Who We’re Looking For

You don't need to know everything.

But you should already have some hands-on experience with Canva, social media and content creation and be able to demonstrate your work.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, curious, reliable, quick to learn and willing to take ownership.

Full-Time Opportunity

This internship comes with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance, consistency and ability to take on greater responsibility.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
